Welcome to Daittons Mzansi Parties (“Platform”). By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all hosts, guests, event planners, venues, and DJs (“Users”).

1. Account Registration

  • Users must create an account to list or book parties.
  • Hosts, planners, venues, and DJs must provide accurate information and complete verification.
  • Guests must provide true personal information to be considered for bookings.

2. User Responsibilities

Hosts

  • Must ensure safety and suitability of their venue or event space.
  • Approve only guests who meet their criteria. Guest screening is mandatory.
  • Maintain honest listings, including details, pricing, and capacity.
  • Comply with local laws, permits, and noise regulations.

Guests

  • Must behave respectfully and comply with house rules.
  • Must provide truthful information when registering and booking.
  • Are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.
  • Must follow any additional host instructions or requirements.

3. Verification and Screening

  • Hosts, guests, event planners, venues, and DJs may be verified for security and trust.
  • Daittons provides screening tools, but cannot guarantee complete safety. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Users may be charged verification or platform fees.
  • Hosts may set booking prices; Daittons may facilitate payments.
  • Guests must pay in full before attending unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are subject to host policies and platform guidelines.

5. Platform Use

  • Users may not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unsafe activities.
  • Users may not harass, discriminate, or engage in harmful behavior.
  • Daittons reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

6. Liability

  • Daittons is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss during any party or event.
  • Hosts and guests participate at their own risk.
  • Users agree to release and hold Daittons harmless from any claims related to events.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly.
  • Unresolved disputes may be escalated to Daittons for mediation.
  • Platform decisions on suspensions or removals are final.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their content (photos, descriptions) but grant Daittons a license to display and promote it.
  • Users may not copy or misuse content from other users without permission.

9. Termination

  • Users can terminate their account at any time.
  • Daittons may terminate accounts for violations, illegal activities, or misuse.

10. Amendments

  • Daittons may update these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of major changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law
